Hi I am 28 years old. I want a lean body mass with a good physique. What can be done? Should I straightaway go hit the gym, running or diet?   Any ideas please?

Start slow with jogging. check if you have a pain in your muscles and then gradually increase to running and then gym.

First, you have to know your BMI ( body mass index). Find out in Google. Then start a high protein diet ( 1.5 gm of protein per kg body weight). Go to the gym and start exercise (pull, push, legs) 5 days in a week.Best of luck!
