Food alone doesn't help strengthen muscles by eating every food that doesn't involve the machining process; it is as simple as that. Like if you agree :)

Better to eat fish and chicken which is safe rather than red meat Also your genetics plays an important role but don't overdose protein you need 65 %Carbs and 15 % fats along with 25 % protein in our daily diet.
