"We had an amazing experience with Sir, my son is just 3 and loves to play in the water. When we started him with sir, now was the time who play had to turn to training, this was a smooth ride, my son didnâ??t even realise this that within just a few days he was not only play in but also do in breathing exercises and working on his foot and hands for different strokes. Sir was very accommodating with all his tantrums and dramas and adjusted timings as per my kidâ??s liking. We are glad he was his first coach. "

Thanks , this was my best experience teaching at his age when children dont know why they are swimming . He is lucky to learn swimming and get comfortable with water at a young age. he likes water and will do wonders in years to come.

Start with Yoga with a focus on shoulder and balance asanas. It will help you to build muscles but eat food after 30 mins of Yoga. Yoga will help food absorption in the body.
Eat Banana, and Starchy foods include bread, pasta, rice, couscous, potatoes, breakfast cereals, oats and other grains like rye and barley. Although these starchy foods are often referred to as 'carbs', this is a little misleading as carbohydrates include both starch and sugars, as well as fibre.
