"I’m writing this review for Doctor Ameera after attending her session for more than 2 years. Firstly I have to thanks her being very patient and kind to all the students in the class . She teaches the asanas repetitively even if we forget daily . She keeps track on our diet and weight management. I joined her class for curing my irregular periods and PCOS, in the course of time when I started doing asanas to my surprise the pcos started reducing and periods regularised and now I have been confirmed with my pregnancy naturally which is all possible because of you Ameera mam , now I would like to join your pregnancy yoga for the well being. ""I joined this session two months ago. I have been dealing with health issues like high blood pressure, high cholesterol levels, and Left Ventricular Hypertrophy. "My experience with dr.Ameera was great. She had trained me well. I had mainly joined for pcos weight loss and for general fitness. After joining dr.Ameera's online yoga classes I feel better and I my periods is getting regular after joining the yoga classes. I feel fitter and I also have wheezing and after joining the yoga classes I feel better. Not facing wheezing after joining yoga classes. I feel physically active. "In 2021, I had been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis which affects nerves in th spinal cord. Because of this I was not able to walk steadily and having vision issues. My back pain was worst. I was also having issues in urinals. I have been admitted into hospital for 5 days and been given recovery treatment. The suggestion from medical was to keep the weight consistency, physio therapy and do regular physical work out. Since then I decided to join your Yoga coaching in 2022 April. The sessions are done in online and I could able to spend at least one hour per day for the Yoga. I have been continuously doing regular yoga sessions with your guidance. Recently I have been asked to take MRI scans to assess the brain and spinal cord functions. The scans report showed good improvement of around 70% .The back pain reduced a lot. Now I am able to keep my weight in control and I am not having any issues at all. I feel myself very comfortable and fit enough. Thank you for your support you have been giving to me in last 2 years."
