I went all the treatment like allopathy, physiotherapy, acupuncture, Ayurvedic etc. it all helps me but not give a permanent solutions. but after attending the yoga class I felt really very good changes. during done the yoga positions will feel pain on body but after the class it lead me to the heavenly relief in my body.
