"Ameer my yoga instructor is very very dedicated to her work I am in a group class but she concentrates on each and every individual. I recently underwent c-sec and my weight after c-sec was 83 my weight was very stubborn and for continuous 2 months I maintened the same weight now after 3 months I could see tremendous change in weight and also I came down to 81.8 I gained a lot of confidence now all credits to Ameera and she have excellent diet plan as well.
