"I have been Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in December 2021. This affects the human neural systems. Because of this I got severe back pain, unstable mobility, vision complaints and constipation. Started my allopathic treatment in same month and need to take medication for next 5 years. Along with medications doctors advised to do Yoga, Mediation and therapy.
