"In 2021, I had been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis which affects nerves in th spinal cord. Because of this I was not able to walk steadily and having vision issues. My back pain was worst. I was also having issues in urinals. I have been admitted into hospital for 5 days and been given recovery treatment. The suggestion from medical was to keep the weight consistency, physio therapy and do regular physical work out. Since then I decided to join your Yoga coaching in 2022 April. The sessions are done in online and I could able to spend at least one hour per day for the Yoga. I have been continuously doing regular yoga sessions with your guidance. Recently I have been asked to take MRI scans to assess the brain and spinal cord functions. The scans report showed good improvement of around 70% .The back pain reduced a lot. Now I am able to keep my weight in control and I am not having any issues at all. I feel myself very comfortable and fit enough. Thank you for your support you have been giving to me in last 2 years."
