The whole existence is sound. The roots sounds for this complex amalgamations of sounds are AA + UU + MM without employing your tongue you will be able to make these three sounds aa , uu and ma by placing your tongue within the walls of your mouth you produce all the other sounds. AA, UU and MM are the basis of all the other sounds that you can utter referred to as the basis sound or the universal sound. When add these three sounds you get to the sound AUM. These are the only three sounds that the system can produce naturally if you utter these three sounds carefully you different aspects of your body is activated and energized. When you utter the first sound AA you will notice the vibrations start from the naval region and spread across the body because this is the only region or place where all the 72000 nadis are pathways of energy meet and redistribute themselves and strengthens this. If you utter the sound UU you will notice the rib cage meet just beneath that there is a soft spot the vibrations starts there and move upward and the last if you utter the sound MM the vibrations start from the pit of your throat and generally spread to the upper regions of your body. By uttering these three sounds if you're having any physiological disturbances or attention or feeling sick too often or fear or nightmares few minutes a day can make a enormous difference. Hence adding up all these three sounds concludes or makes the universal mantra OM adding its affects and benefits on your body. read less
