Talking about power of yoga, it is for you to practise and experience the change in your body. Yoga cures your body to the extent unknown. There involves body movements, meditation, controlled breathing, discipline, focus and mental will to keep going on. Limit depends on your level of practising. If you are a beginner, at start you will feel that you can not do hard poses and will try to give up. But if you keep doing Yoga for a certain period of time, you will start bending your limits and soon your body will start exercising those benefits which once were impossible for you to gain.

Its true, yoga can help your body restore to its purest form, like without toxins and no health problems. More years and practise you give, more restoration will take place.
