I firmly believe that with persistent practice under good supervision, it is possible to reduce stress, experience the joy of self-discovery, deepen levels of insight, and eventually meditate on the ultimate truth. Judiciously using the "prana," or the energy released by yoga practice, we have the ability to change who we are.
