"I have taken yoga from various instructor, Jayachandran sir have very distinct way of teaching, one is correcting poses to the minutest details in order to maximise the benefits from what we are learning from him. Yes yoga is also a sport. Yoga has lots of creativity by which it is an art. And yoga has lots of scientific evidence and research oriented techniques so it is also known as science.
To conclude yoga is art, science and sport. A sport should have the aspects of evaluation, calibration, limitation and the performance assessment this could be done with yoga. so yoga is also a sport

Pranayama has a direct control and support over mental health. By practicing pranayama along with right kind of physical practices are asanas can benefit any decide mental change.
Even though pranayama is the fourth limb of ashtangle yoga it is advised to start with the minimal amount of pranayama in beginning of any yoga session.
