"Great results in less span of time. Have lost overall 6-7 kg in 2 months. Only thing needed in right guidance and consistency + diet. Stick to the plan and then can see the results. Diet is very important along with exercise. Don't skip it. Initial 3 weeks is starting or getting used to strength training, after 3 weeks, fat loss starts showing its results. Very effective if on right path. Follow the guidance and then can hit the goal. "

"Came across Vinod, while searching for a personal trainer on google. I have been trying to lose weight for many years now, and have started exercise and diet many times only to leave it half way. I went thru the reviews and decided to give him a call and after talking to him, I really felt like giving it a try. I have been training with him for the last 4 months and have lost 18kgs so far. he has been really supportive and understanding especially when you can't follow the diet sometimes or binge eat. I lost 10 kg in 3 months without following 100 percent diet plan recommended by Vinod ,managing home, school office all together.I recommend Vinod to all those ladies who want to reduce weight but are not able to do so because of their busy schedule.
