"Great results in less span of time. Have lost overall 6-7 kg in 2 months. Only thing needed in right guidance and consistency + diet. Stick to the plan and then can see the results. Diet is very important along with exercise. Don't skip it. Initial 3 weeks is starting or getting used to strength training, after 3 weeks, fat loss starts showing its results. Very effective if on right path. Follow the guidance and then can hit the goal. "

"I have been getting fat loss training from Vinod from past 3 months and I must say he is the best in the field. I got the curated diet meal plan for my body type and goal. "Came across Vinod, while searching for a personal trainer on google. I have been trying to lose weight for many years now, and have started exercise and diet many times only to leave it half way. I went thru the reviews and decided to give him a call and after talking to him, I really felt like giving it a try. I have been training with him for the last 4 months and have lost 18kgs so far. he has been really supportive and understanding especially when you can't follow the diet sometimes or binge eat. One of the best parts about having a personal trainer is that time a person who is keeping track and helping you with your journey on a daily basis that keeps you motivated enough to not give up and Vinod has been a great trainer who understand my needs, capacity to plans the week based on my comfort level. he helps you with the whole package from online and offline exercise sessions, diet plan every week and detox drinks. I would highly recommend Vinod to anyone who has been struggling to lose weight. I have a long way to go and will definitely continue with him to meet my targets. "

"Vinod is a superb trainer.He is very good motivator. I lost 10 kg in 3 months without following 100 percent diet plan recommended by Vinod ,managing home, school office all together.I recommend Vinod to all those ladies who want to reduce weight but are not able to do so because of their busy schedule. Vinod adjust timings based on our availability.He is very calm and patient,He gives excercises based on your body type and pain and problem in your body. I have lost 10 kg and yet to loose 5 more kgs. Thanks Vinod for helping me to reduce my stubborn weight. "
