After 21, the growth plates in the bones usually close, so it's very less possibility to increase height after that

So naturally for most people its a No, you cannot increase height after 21, although you can do some posture corrections and appear at your peak height that is one natural way.
The reason is the height increase observed during growing age is an outcome of our growth plates getting fused together. On an avg 90% of people achieve their max height growth between age of 16-20 and post this height doesnt increase naturally.
In your teenage having a good nutrition and exercise routine aids in attaining max height available in the genetic potential, one's height is purely dependent on genetics and their way of living during their growin age.
