But walking also has its own benefits .Morning brisk walk is very good execisew for body,good breath exercise etc.Walking can be done any where with out any efforts or learning.where as yoga needs proper place,dress,time,few hours after full meal etc. However yoga asanas give complete exrcise to body,affets mind and emoltions also.Pranayamaand meditation also works at mental & emotional levels.Yoga includes many others like Shat kriyas,Bandhas,Mudras etc.Yoga is an Art & Science.
