I am conducting online(Recent) and offline Yoga Classes since 1994 .I have completed PG Diploma in Yoga from Annamalai University Tamilnadu in 2012 and DNHE(Diploma in Nutrition & Health Education) from Indira Gandhi National Open University ,New Delhi in 2021 apart from my basic qualifications(Msc Ag & MBA). Now I am a retired Bank executive.My key skills are inspiring/motivating & convincing people to practice yoga regularly and get tremendous benefits by quoting my personal example.I teach Pathanjali yoga Suthras and Bagavad Githa(Yoga Sastra/Bramha Vidya/Upanishath) in my yoga classes.I had the opportunity of conducting yoga classes freely (no fee, as a service) in Karanataka,Goa,UP,AP &Tamilnadu states during my Banking career.

I took several yoga classes since 2000 to 2018 for staff members of Canara Bank in STAFF TRAINING COLLEGE, Dwarakanath Bhavan,Basavanagudi,Bengaluru.

I have cancelled all demos from 01-12-2022 to 13-12-2022 as I am attending higher learning course on YOGA where mobiles are taken. Just now I received mobile. The profile is very much active from this moment. Thank you Varun for your review. You very much need yoga practice.

Benefits of qigong include lowered stress and anxiety, increased focus, and improved balance and flexibility. It may even reduce your risk of certain chronic diseases. Nevertheless, more high quality research is needed. Most forms of qigong can be practiced by people of all age groups and conditions.
