I teach meditation to each student according to their capabilities and requirements. For example: some students cannot practice meditation with their eyes open because of depression or they start getting irriated when they try to focus on any inside part of body. So I make them practice with their eyes open . They focus on any external object. And there are other methods too. In yoga asanas, I customise asanas according to each students' leve. Asanas are customized on the basis of beginner, intermediate and advanced level. Yoga and meditation are the most precious aspects of a persons' life as they help us to go inwards and get better understanding of our own self and surroundings. A person is advised to keep their eyes closed when not doing anything or in a situation of distress so that their mind gets calm.

There are different days . Someday you will feel motivated to do it. You will feel like doing so many asanas.
Somedays it will take you a lot of effort to start.
You are not supposed to feel anything during yoga .
Just go with the flow.
Start with conditioning first. Bring your mind to peace and positivity . Do some positive affirmations .
And then perform your asanas with breathing and ease.
