The teaching method which helps you to build the good foundation and easy to follow initially . The teaching method of the teacher should take you to level with proper breathing cues and proper alignment so that one can reap more benifits out of the practice . And remember yoga is not an excersise it's a wholistic practice of entire well-being. One should find a teacher who takes the person according to his or her lifestyle and health conditions and not just rush after the fake promises . It takes a real decipline to reach a certain benifit so rush is not an option . Hope you will find it useful πŸ˜‡. All the best in finding your best teacher .
