Basically when we practice yoga asanas ,we are holding the postures for about 30sec to 2min, so at that time we are focusing on our breath along with our posture ,so when we do this the prana Shakthi will be distributed around our internal organs were it is required ,that's how all the pranas in the body will be balanced and diseased conditions will be wiped out with the regular practice of yoga,and with regular practice of yoga all the  pancha koshas can be cleaned.
