I am Anamika Singh hatha yioga certified , teaching since July, 2017. I’m already running 4- yoga batches in which I teach , hatha yoga, yin yoga, vinyasa , pranayama , breathing , meditation . Very good experience in healing people from back pains , PCOD, thyroid, depression, health issues. I also provide wellness & yogic diet coaching for weight loss and healing of diseases or long term pains. I take only online sessions at 7:30 am & 6 Pm on zoom. Mon wed thu fri- 5 days a week. Charges are Rs 1500/- per month. I have 8 yrs of corporate experience in IT which helps me to understand corporate clients better.
