read lessHi Ashok,
First of all, my observance for corporate people was they mostly face a central nervous system problem that is your brain & spinal cord.
So let me explain to you in small details:
Incorporate work lifestyle; people do high mental activity & less physical challenge. At this condition, people put a lot of burden like family tension, finance problem, work pressure, etc. Though they are not able to concentrate there mind at one point & suffers from stress, anxiety, depression etc.
And about spinal cord, In this a person cannot keep spine(back) straight for more than 2-5 mins after that it goes in resting position bcoz of that spine have multiple joints so wherever it bends that area faces lack of mobility, lot of stress & strength which in turn they suffers spondylitis, disk bulge, lower back pain, etc.
I have designed 15 mins corporate desk yoga, which includes breathing techniques & Desktop yoga, which makes your spine healthy, flexible & away from injuries & also improves your better coordination & concentration of your mind.
There is no such term explained in classical text; I guess you want to ask the yoga practices can be practised by the professional working in offices (person with 9-5 job pattern).
If he/she can devote 35 min, per day early morning will suffice his needs. The practices which may be included are Sukshma kriyas, lateral bending and twisting postures with few pranayamas.
