It depends on your age, food habits, sleeping pattern. It would be good to start with basic stretches for a while, and then moving into asanas will be of great help.

RYT 200 Hours is the available Teacher Training course (TTC) to become a certified yoga professional. It costs between 60k to 70k and it totally depends on the school where you take up the course.
