And US is very smart, it has rebranded that as super brain yoga. This position makes your brain very sharp as there are certain accupressure points in our brain, and those get activated when we practice this. That's why in schools in India, if a student made a mistake they were made to sit in squat position and pull their ears. This position increases your awareness too, helping the student become more aware and eventually make less mistakes.
