(e.g - it what you do in the 23 hours outside the training that makes an impact). He does not though leave this to lip service. He continuously engages. His training regimen is clear. He shows up on time (rain or sunshine). He keeps it simple without being predictable. Brings basic equipment when required. More importantly, he teaches you how to listen to what your body is saying. Highly recommended. "
