As the founder of The practical wellness here's what motives me -
Fitness is my ultimate passion and i have chosen this career because it has earned me a lot of respect, knowledge and motivates me to keep my self fit. years back i was an obese kid who lacked confidence, depressed and was on the verge of suffering from obesity related chronic diseases . my only way out was to make my self fit and i accomplished it out of sheer will power .now everything has changed and it has made me very confident to face the struggles in life, even after an injury to my lower back due to a bike accident i herniated my l5 s1 disc, most Doctors suggested surgery as the only option but i was able to help myself and heal with the knowledge and experience i earned from the fitness industry, I feel myself very lucky to be able to work in such an industry I'm happy that I'm not another machine trained to just function in the society, my experience has also taught me that I need to help others who are in a position where I once was and to promote fitness in every way possible because in the end a fitness is what prolongs your time on this planet without suffering , my work is my life and I put my heart and soul in it, over the years I have learned people don't value something thats free so yes our knowledge and skill comes at a cost which will benefit them indirectly a thousand folds in future not only monetery but also by body and mind cheers have a happy life
