Martial Arts Training

"Hi I'm writing this review after a year of training in Thai boxing. I joined this training as a new year resolution last year. Wanted to learn something new as i already had experience in karate. Thought of joining a gym like most people do but I wanted to give a try in learning martial art. This person (Sanjeev) is a good trainer and sparring partner. Has a lot of knowledge and experience in martial arts. So if anyone wants to learn something new and refreshing unlike the boring gym classes. This is the place. Thanks. "

If you want to increase endurance, have flaxseed every day. For gaining muscle have protein-based food like egg white, chicken, avocado, brown rice, tofu. But for internal strength and immunity eat nuts like almond, walnut, Brazil nut, kiwi, millets
