Not all yoga classes are expensive. If you go for yoga therapy or personal home batch it becomes expensive. And secondly it is a science of well-being. Once you learn yoga, then you can self practice at home. But for learning you have to pay.

There are free classes available as well but people dont feel committed to anything free. Also, its a full time job for many, inflation affects everyone.

Instead of paying huge amount in surgeries and medical expenses, spend on yoga.
