Practising Yoga benefits/ works on well being of person i.e physical, psychological, emotional, social and spiritual. Physical- balance, strength, flexibility, works on all systems of body, endurance, etc, psychological- reduces - stress, anxiety, anger improved -concentration, awareness, emotional- transcends emotions, inspire positive thoughts,etc, social- social well developed, good behaviour with people, spiritual- opens intuition, awakens spiritual consciousness.

Last minute weight cuts by yoga not possible. If you do intense yoga and proper diet, then body takes time of more than an hour to reflect reduced weight.
