A unique program which teaches profound breathing techniques, Sudarshan Kriya and pranayama which makes our mind calm, composed and free from anxiety. Also, some wonderful wisdom insights, which one should adopt in daily life, is a part of the program. I experienced the benefits after four days of the program, but somehow was reluctant to continue without the push. That is where our teachers intervened and ensured that we continued our practice regularly on a daily basis. Teachers Sanath ji and Vasanth ji are very professional and teach the techniques to the best. My takeaways from this regular practice of Sudarshan Kriya are enormous. "
