What is the right amount of time to wait after eating, before practicing yoga asana? And how long should I wait after practicing yoga before I can eat?

If you had tea and snacks you should wait for two hours before you commence your yogic practice. If you had lunch you should wait minimum four hours. After practicing yoga please wait for half hour then you can eat.

you can do yoga as lots of monks said best time 4 hour after eating and before yoga u take some soup that is the better timing and after do yoga u can take food after 40 mints or after 45 mints
