As a Yoga Teacher I says that you can do on your own but some times if you lose your control while performing Asanas it may leads to very dangerous situations. In this you need a master to guide you to do in a perfect way & results will be amazing. I suggest you to join any yoga classes like Yoga institutions, etc and learn how to do asanas and when to relax, when to go for next Asana etc. I hope this will be useful to you. Thank you.
