The second is Brikam yoga which is known as hot yoga which is practiced in room heated on 95 to 100 degree with humidity of 40%.It is believed that heat and humidity increase flexibility and detoxification of body through sweat.

And one another is Power yoga  which is very dynamic and vigorous type of yoga.There is intense practice to increase strength and flexibility.
