  2. Shoulderstand or sarvangasana,
  3. Plough or halasana,
  4. Fish or matsyasana,
  5. Sitting forward bend or paschimothasana,
  6. Cobra or bhujangasana,
  7. Locust or salabhasana,
  8. Bow or dhanurasana,
  9. Spinal twist or ardha matsyendrasana,
  10. Crow or kakasana,
  11. Standing forward bend or pada hasthasana and
  12. Triangle or trikonasana.
Sivananda yoga shows you following four paths of yoga. These four paths may be discerned as the techniques of performing the yogic postures as well. These paths are known as Karma yoga, Bhakti yoga, Raja yoga and Jnana yoga. Practicing this entire yoga make your performance comprehensive.
