Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog Pose): Stretches shoulders, hamstrings, calves, and strengthens arms and legs. Virabhadrasana I, II, III (Warrior Poses I, II, III): Strengthens legs, arms, shoulders, and improves focus and balance.
