Hiii .. Stretching is a kind of exercise which we can do after exercise for the muscle to relieve from pain after exercise...Yoga is a kind of body and mind connected to our soul which aids in mental health and body health as well..both are different . thank you .

So you can see, Asana and Stretching is on 3rd no. , 

So thia is Yoga..

Stretching is physical exercise, and Yoga is Highest deep consciousness state of human being.
