You can do every asan in   every  weather conditions but when it's comes  to  pranayama we have two type if pranayama cooling and heating and for that we should be careful about it like we can not do  cooing pranayama ( shitli  sitkari ) in extremely cool weather and we can't perform heating Pranayam ( bhastrika)in very streamly hot weather.
