Yoga is Good for your health & your soul.

Yoga increases vagal tone, which means your body is able to relax sooner after stress. Knopik says that increasing your vagal tone could reduce the symptoms of nervous system dysfunction, such as feelings of anxiety.

Yoga is very important practice to manage anxiety and stress level.

Regular practice of yoga asanas like balasana,viptitkarani,Setubandasana,Marjarasana,suryanamskar,fish pose,Janusirsana.Vrakasasana. Pacchimotasana etc.

In pranayam kapalbhati,bhasrika,nadi shodhan pranayam,Rechak pranayam.Ujjai pranayam,Bramhri and Om kar are very important.

Before starting yoga one should consult doctor or yoga teacher for suitable yoga poses and pranayam.

Meditation is very important and it improve positiveness of mind and confidence and learn to live in present.

Technique of simple mediation.

  Focussing attention at tip of nose.and observance of breathing pattern and leaving unwanted thought from mind.

Shavasana is a very important for relaxing of Mind and body.
