Hi, you can practice mindfulness in your day to day activities, for example you are at work you can still practice mindfulness at work. Adopt a STOP exercise in your routine. STOP doing your work intermittently in the day, become aware your mind, the surroundings without judging the whole process. Stay in this STOP for 10-15 seconds and continue your work as usual. This exercise will make you increasingly Mindful.
