The most successful idea to quickly speak English fluently is to listen, listen & listen carefully.
Now the question is what to listen to? The answer is straightforward, listen to the speech on your favourite topics, it may be speeches on sports of your choice, short stories of your choice. Try to make a habit of listening to animation movies of your favourite virtual characters. Maintain a notebook to write down some rare words said in speech and films. Try the conversation with yourself in front of the mirror. After a week, you will get succeeded. But you will have not to stop then. Keep going and make it continue.
You will be fluent in English if you believe in the statement, "I will be fluent in the English language".

Bhujang asana is a powerful yoga asana that is primarily for the abdomen and spine and is excellent for health. The other yoga asana is Mayurasana to enhance stamina. If a person does these two asanas daily for 2-2 minutes respectively, they will gain stamina and health after two to three weeks.
Techniques of the yoga mentioned above asanas could be searched on youtube or google; it's beneficial and straightforward.

There are two aspects of any situation. One is optimistic & another one is pessimistic. If we have enough courage to fight with different circumstances, then we could smoothly go through the case and make it much better for self and the others. In this extended time of infection, the only two keys to learn are self-study and online learning. Self-study is not enough because many doubts should be clear in a particular subject. Online learning could help you due to the interaction of both teacher & student.
