Yoga includes Asanas, breathing exercises, meditation, etc. Every yoga pose is asana, different asanas are given different names. So both yoga and Asana are similar.

Yama , Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dhaarna, Dhyana , Samadhi ...

 

Yama and Niyama are Ethical practice, lime , dont do violence,Dont do, Stealing, Dont get angry, thn Asana comes on 3rd number..

Fr making body strong, flexible, than Breathing practice comes on 4th number.
