By practicing yoga systematically for the last 28 years, I got amazing experiences.Every day I have different,new experiences -my energy levels are tremendous.Some times I do not feel like taking food for few hours after the practice,Un explainable happyness,joy,feeling of lightness,maintaining same optimum body Weight for so many years.Total faith,high level of motivation in life, physical, mental. emotional strength to face any situation in life .No more fear,worry,tension,stress. understood karma principal(from Pathnanjali yoga Sutras) in totality and convinced that I am only responsible to experience the results of my actions whether good or bad,no one else.This understanding helped me to develop universal love & compassion towards all leading to complete peace,balanced mind & happyness at all times. read less
