Ashtanga vinyasa Ashtanga vinyasa yoga is a style of yoga as exercise popularised by K. Pattabhi Jois It is the supreme discipline among yoga styles: Ashtanga yoga. Ashtanga is repetitive in nature, meaning you do the same series of postures day after day. You gradually accumuluate postures and series of postures. , it consists of six series, of which only the first series is often practised over months or years.

Vinayasa yog In Vinyasa yoga the only thing permanent is the focus on the breath with the moment. 

Bikram yog is nothing but hot yoga in which room temprature is incresead. 

Iyengar Yoga is a form of yoga as exercise with a focus on the structural alignment of the physical body through the practice of asanas. It differs from other styles of yoga in three ways: precision, sequence and use of props. Precision is sought in body alignment in every asana.

Yin yog The practice allows you to slow down, relax, and turn inward, which helps alleviate stress and restore your energy levels
