Yoga is a practice of Asanas ,Pranayam and meditation  which makes body flexible, strong and powerful  and increase the energy and immunity.

Pranayam effect on mind and relax and calm and remove stress from mind .meditation is a very powerful which control the thoughts and make a mind strong and throw out negative thoughts from mind.

Yoga and Qigong have different movements & postures and focus but both similarily use breath to move energy and invoke a meditative state.
