CA turned yoga tutor teaching since last 10 years

Initially, you may try out different styles/ schools. However, at a point, one needs to stick to one school and get maximum benefits. There are four pillars of yoga - Bhakti yoga, karma yoga, Gyan yoga, Raj Yoga (hath yoga). A mixture of all is good to follow to get max benefits.
