The Logical way about this is to start a little bit of exercise. I mean if you have never done any exercise before the least you can do is to make some time and go for walks.
Fat is accumulated because of lack of activity or no activity. exercise is meant for stregth and endurance of your muscles. this in turn uses the energy stored as "fat"
The point - to use that energy.

first you need to observe your direction of sleeping.
if you have window near your head or leg you need to observe it
then start with sukshma vyayama in yoga study
then suryanamaskar
tiryak tadasana
pachimotanasana
vajrasana yogmudra prakkar 2
dwipaad uttanpadasana
saralhastabhujangasana
in pranayama you need to do jalad swashan
kapaalbhati and anulom vilom
