"This goal is way beyond helping people look the best they ever have, that's given this also covers performance , mindset, motivation,and lifestyle" I am passionate about helping people find the right balance fir them, which means that they can enjoy their lives to the fullest while looking feeling n performing how they want to Muscle gain- More strength is more muscle the heaviour the weight you lift , the stronger your body become and bigger your muscle grow. Weight loss- If your doing jas cardio you can loose about one pound of muscle for every four pound of fat , which means you're basically loosing your metabolism too. Cross fit- A form of high intensity interval training. Cross Fit is a strength n conditioning workout that ia made up of functional movement performance at a high intensity level. Functional training- Is a classification of excercise which involves training the body for the activities performance in d daily life and it can be done at home and gym as well. Boot camp- A bootcamp is a type of group physical training program to build strength n fitness though activities of exercise. Nutrition- Good nutrition is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle combined your physical activity, your diet can help you to reach and maintain a healthy weight n promote your overall health.

It is safe to do, but you need to avoid some movements. Don't stress too much for your knees and about weight loss. You need to maintain a healthy diet. Also, it would help if you went for a calorie deficit diet.
