Practising and learning yoga from past 5 years and have been taking online classes since lockdown.
I started doing yoga 6 years back when I was dealing with some personal loss. After doing yoga I found inner peace and a state of mental calmness that I never felt before and I was also able to recover from that low phase of my life. And since then I have never looked back. I'm so grateful to have found yoga in my life.
