I was never got bored and reduce almost 10 kgs although I was not regular.Now after one year I can see so many changes in my body flexibility and strength. I started doing yoga 6 years back when I was dealing with some personal loss. After doing yoga I found inner peace and a state of mental calmness that I never felt before and I was also able to recover from that low phase of my life. And since then I have never looked back. I'm so grateful to have found yoga in my life.
