I have a degree in computer science (b.tech). Have been working as a freelancer. Now I'm an avid yoga learner from past 5 years. I love learning and teaching new things in yoga. Personally I have experienced a lot of changes in me both internally and externally while doing yoga and would like to share it with as many people I can. "Wonderful experience with her, as I am doing from last 1 year she is really committed to her profession. I was never got bored and reduce almost 10 kgs although I was not regular.Now after one year I can see so many changes in my body flexibility and strength. Doing gym may have instant effect on your body but in the long run no doubt yoga is far better then gym. It has been scientifically proven that yoga helps is reducing stress, increasing immunity and metabolism, better blood circulation etc.

Placing 'a' or 'an' before a word has originated from English grammar. We place 'a' before consonants and 'an' before vowels. Since 'y' in yoga is a consonant so 'a yoga' would be correct. But yoga is a Sanskrit word meaning union so from Hindi language perspective none would be correct.

Yes it is true certain asanas like sheershasana, sarvangasana, setubhandhasana, ashomukhasana, ushtrasana help increase blood flow in head and brain and helps in hair growth.
