Yes, yoga can be pracitised by watching videos but if you are beginner than you must do it with a tutor because yoga requires too many corrections, alignment, correct posture, way of breathing during practice. Therefore it will always be beneficial to practice with a tutor.

We can do yoga at home by watching video .But it is very important to do yoga pracises under supervision  and guidance of certified yoga teacher at the beginning of yoga practices.The person who do not practised yoga under supervision should avoid to do yoga as there may be wrong practise of asanas and pranayam.It should be corrected  and improve the precise.by teacher. The person who has practised earlier and knowledge about yoga they can perform yoga at home by watching video.
