Yes, yoga can be pracitised by watching videos but if you are beginner than you must do it with a tutor because yoga requires too many corrections, alignment, correct posture, way of breathing during practice. Therefore it will always be beneficial to practice with a tutor.

The person who has practised earlier and knowledge about yoga they can perform yoga at home by watching video.
