2. Cheek Lifts: Smile widely, then lift your cheeks towards your eyes. Hold, then relax. Repeat.

 

3. Fish Face: press your lips together firmly, then smile widely while keeping them pressed in. Hold, then relax. Repeat.

 

4. Forehead Smoother: Press down above your eyebrows while raising them as high as possible. Hold, then relax. Repeat.

 

5. Neck Stretch: Tilt your head back, pucker your lips, and look up. Hold, then relax. Repeat.

 

These exercises can help tone facial muscles and reduce signs of aging with regular practice.
