"I am taking class from Prachi under Alex because I prefer female teacher but they both are really good in understanding pain and reasons and made me do yoga accordingly. It helped me a lot and long relief in my lower back, SI joint and I saw change in my whole body. I strongly recommend both of them because they both are very helpful and kind. "
